“Metavasis”. Our life in motion. We start and we move on. Towards where; Events, people… Multiple images, succeeding one another. From one image to the other, from one situation to another. Everything happening too fast in the time of speed. Human relationships becoming shallow. Punctuality and isolation. We observe but we also take part. We empathize with what we see, we are moved, troubled and hurt. We watch images of people forced away from their homes with violence, leaving for the unknown, to be saved. Insecurity, despair… These images become part of our lives. Some moments of relaxation and we move on. We pass and we go without even realizing it. The passage, the metavasis…
